DESCRIPTION:Updated March 17\, 2026\nClick the link to be taken to the meeting documents in the members area. \n  \n \n\nUpdated: Feb. 19\, 2026\nTentative plan for CPL workshop during the next meeting.\n\nLoad all CFTDA members in the MAP CPL platform as “initiators” for their colleges.\n\n\nConduct a “Fingers-on Training” (FOT) session for 2 hours after lunch to walk each college through the log in\, query\, and adoption process of currently approved CCC MAP Fire Technology (and EMS\, and Wildland) exhibits into their college for CPL award for students.\n\n\nAnswer all questions and concerns of CFTDA members about their internal district CPL processes\, obstacles and impacts.\nDisplay the process in a screen share for members attending on Zoom\, and help troubleshoot CPL adoption issues.\n\nMy ask is this: \n\nDesignation of 2 hours after lunch for this team.\n\n\nThe email’s of all attendees (or members) prior to the meeting\, who would like to have a MAP CPL “Initiator” access log in.\n\n\nA means to break up the entire meeting room into groups so that CPL can meet and assist these groups in the FOT session.\n\n\nRequest of all attendees to bring their laptops to the FOT session.\nLogistical items to support group computer access (Power sources\, extension cords\, internet bandwidth).\n\nI know this is a heavy lift\, and I am willing to do whatever I can to make this happen.
