Westin Resort: The method of making reservations is by individual call. You may call the group reservation department at 1-877-253-0041 and request the California Fire Training Directors Meeting special group rate of $95.00 plus tax at 13.25% per night.

Important Notes:
* The Resort Services Charge is at $36.00+tax per room, per day.
* The self-parking fee of $10 per vehicle has been waived for your group.
* There is a 7 day cancellation policy.
* An early departure fee of $75.00 will apply if reservation checks out prior to the confirmed check out date.
~ NOTE: If you plan on staying through the weekend, the Westin Resort will honor a rate of $159.00 per night. Please call the hotel ASAP as the rooms will sell out over the Valentine’s Day Weekend!
Dinner will be at “ROC’S”, a restaurant run by a retired PS Fire Captain.
The actual meeting will be held at our Fire Academy Tower, at the Roy Wilson Training Center (RWTC) 72564 Ramon Road, Thousand Palms, CA 92276, in Thousand palms, just north of Palm desert. Easy to find and travel to and the Palm Springs airport is barely 15-20 mins away from all of it, only minutes from the hotel grounds.
