Your reservation cut-off date is on April 22, 2026 and your guests have until that date to make their reservation to receive the group rate.
Guests can make their reservations using the booking link below, by calling our toll free number 1-800-HILTONS or by contacting Kathlyn Stanford. Katt is our dedicated Group Rooms Coordinator, she can be reached directly at 714-845-8485 or at: [email protected] (she is an hourly employee, her work days are Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm).
Group Rate: $309 before tax, due to the new CA law we must include all fees on our website. The booking site will show $319 before tax when booking, this is because it includes the $10 resort charge.
Group Resort Charge: Discounted to $10 (16% tax is applied to this charge)
Total stay after taxes(including the resort charge): $370.74
Taxes: 16% hotel occupancy tax, CA State Tourism assessment fee of $0.70/day
Cancellation Policy: 72-hour notice without penalty (cancellation and early departure fee is 1 night room and tax)
Incidental hold is: $150 per day of stay
Pet Fee: $99 for the entire stay (2 pet per room restriction)
Check in time: 4pm
Check Out time: 11am
Our guest services team can arrange to check baggage for those that arrive early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Group Discounted Parking: $20 for day and $35 for overnight parking (due to the limited number of stalls, we are a valet only property). There are no taxes on the parking charge, this is a flat rate. Please note that day parking does not include in and out privileges, but overnight parking does.
