Cabrillo College is seeking experienced community college/workforce development leaders to serve in a variety of roles for the 28-college Bay Area Community College Consortium (BACCC). Roles include 6 Sub-regional Directors, 2 Generalist Regional Directors and a Regional Director of Workforce Partnerships. These positions will play a critical role in facilitating alignment of community college, K-16, Adult Education and workforce development efforts, some at the 12-county regional level and some within each of the Bay Area’s 5 economic sub-regions (North Bay, East Bay, SF-Peninsula, Silicon Valley and Monterey Bay). This will be done by working with the position’s stakeholders to set priorities; project managing efforts and resources to address those priorities; providing technical assistance to colleges; and performing related duties as assigned.   • $96,973
  •  – $136,451 – placement depending on related experience
